The «grandmothers» of Màquina&Tabla: Nicasia, Leonila and Serapia; all of them give her family names to three wines originally produced in three different regions of Spain which are located respectivelly in slopes next to Sil river, plains at Toro, and in montainous terraces at Gredos.
